The following diagram outlines the process, which depends on the use of barcode
stickers, affixed to the first page of each document prior to scanning. The
barcode number should be unique for the life of the system - we can advise on
this, but the common barcode type used is EAN8.

Automatic Background Linking
Allows linking to take place after data has been
entered into the host (accounting, procurement, other) system. In addition,
pre-defined fields may be read from the host system and used to populate a
searchable database.
Web Searching
Allows independent searching of the Kontrolla
Collecta database and viewing of individual documents.

Notes or additional documents may be attached to
